I just crawled out of bed after a leisurely ten hours of sleep, and it is mid morning. Being an early riser by nature, I would have been ashamed to admit to that pre-cancer. But now I rest as much as I feel my body needs it. It feels great to roll over, look at the clock and slip back into a deep and guilt free sleep!
Tip: Listen to your body. If it tells you to sleep, just do it.
